1.3 Inspection and Approval:


Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them for eligibility. Once approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 2x to 4x weeks for the refund to reflect in your account. This will depend on the bank issuing the refund and from which country it is made from. Please note however, that depending on the country or bank issuing the refund, some additional fees may apply.
